• The Superior Court is the trial court of general jurisdiction. It has original jurisdiction over all civil actions at law involving title interest in real estate except landlord and tenant actions, equity proceedings, and all other matters involving claims in excess of $10,000. The Superior Court has original jurisdiction over all crimes and offenses, both felonies and misdemeanors, except as otherwise provided by law.
