The Rhode Island Emergency Management Advisory Council was established under Rhode Island General Law 30-15-6. RIEMAC is chaired by Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth H. Roberts, with Major General Robert Bray serving as vice chairman. The council consists of 40 members and 22 ex officio members - with an additional 18 members appointed by the Governor.
