| The Bicycle Mobility Plan Advisory Committee is appointed by the State Planning Council to support the Transportation Advisory Committee. The Committee functions are to advise on materials related to the creation of a bicycle mobility plan for approval by the State Planning Council, and to provide guidance concerning funding, public education/awareness, safety, and other issues concerning bicycling for the Plan. |
