| The Technical Committee is an advisory committee to the State Planning Council created by Rhode Island General Law § 42-11-10. Members are appointed by the State Planning Council representing state agencies, local governments, citizens from different areas of the State, and federal advisory members. The Committee reviews studies, reports, and plans for accuracy before they are submitted to the State Planning Council for approval. |
