The Office of Healthy Aging (OHA) is the designated State Agency on Aging for Rhode Island. As such, the Office is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive, coordinated system of community-based care for persons fifty-five years of age and older and adults with disabilities.
The primary focus of the Office of Healthy Aging is to preserve the independence, dignity and capacity for choice of seniors, their families and caregivers by connecting them to resources and information that promote healthy aging.
