| The Commission consists of 12 members, 3 of whom shall be ex-officio members – the director of health, attorney general, and the superintendent of the state police. Also on the Commission shall be the president of the Rhode Island Medical Society, the president of the Rhode Island Society of Pathologists, the president of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the vice president of Brown University Division of Biological and Medical Sciences, the president of the Rhode Island Funeral Directors Association, and interested citizens.
